Vintage Old Mine Cut & Rose Cut Diamond Ring

Vintage Old Mine Cut & Rose Cut Diamond Ring. Current size 4.5. The band is 14k yellow gold (see marking inside of band), and the top is 14k white gold. The center European old mine cut Diamond is approx 1/2 a carat. The Diamond halo stones are rose cut. Not sure of total carat weight or Diamond color or clarity grading. When I took this to a jeweler to be sized, the jeweler thought that they were old antique diamonds that had been placed in a newer setting since the engraving looked new.
