Vintage 14.5" Doll with hard plastic head by Ideal Doll, made in USA.
I am pretty sure that this Ideal Doll head is on a not original body, as head looks to big for the composition body it is on. So listed as a TLC doll.
Marked 16 Ideal Doll made in USA on back of head.
Compo body looks good with some small cracks on body
