    You are bidding on a Original 1970-80's, Rare & Vintage Disneyland Cast Member "Performance Appraisal" Sheet for Team Leaders/Supervisors and most Management. These were to evaluate a cast members performance in various areas as you can see.
    The reason why there is a paper is to cover the name of the person although nothing was ever filled out.....still I would like to maintain some privacy....just in case.
    This is in Ex condition as you can see in the pics. Very tough piece of memorabilia to find. It was given to the employees to let them know what happened on this sad day in Disney history.
