This name tag version was for use by cast members at the Disney Institute from the mid 1990s to early 2000s.
The Disney Institute operated at WDW [where Saratoga Springs is currently] from 1996-2002.
This name tag was never engraved and does not have a clasp on the back.
The name tag measures approximately 4 inches across by 1 1/2 inches tall.
The name tag is in very good condition, minor wear from storage and age, surface wear; see pictures.
