Returns and Refunds
1. Returns You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
3. After reviewing your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
4. If you think the item does not match the description and the pictures, we will pay for the return shipping. Please communicate clearly about your concerns about the condition of the cards. However if it is for any other reason related to the item, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and may be deducted to your overall refund. Cost of shipping the item to you will be eligible for refund if the item is not as described.
