It shows "4.0" which signifies it is the latest receiver.  This is Size 0MR (right)   It includes the right receiver, small, medium and open  domes and an Ear Grip.. Condition is New. In unopened

    These are not hearing aids but when Ebay updated their new system they kept shutting down listings that did not have this disclaimer.  So here it is even though it has NOTHING to do with this listing.
