    5 years ago I designed my first offset smoker. In the time since, I've been revising the design to make it the best it can be. This is the fruit of my labors.
    This pit is designed to be used with hardwood or charcoal. It is definitely not a set it and forget it kind of smoker.
    I build every offset smoker when it is ordered as I tailor every one to the buyer.
