Howard Series 11 Model E 21 j Railroad Chronometer

Description

I am offering another estate piece that is running fairly well but I haven’t tested it for accuracy but I did test it for a few power reserves and timing and length seemed good
The E Howard Keystone Extra is in good condition. Has a small edge dent as seen in the pics. I try and not polished the gold filled cases because not all collectors want that. It has usual pocket wear
The lever set works as it should as does the stem and crown to lift movement out
The dial has cracks as seen in the pics. I don’t use Efferdent to smooth them out.
