The larger pieces make this the perfect charcoal for your smoking sessions and reverse sear type cooks. When using this charcoal, you'll notice it's different than most imitator brands of charcoal. The difference is this blend allows for high heat in a shorter amount of time than the Super Premium blend. This blend lights fast, lights longer, and will help you produce restaurant-quality food.
