When your cat starts meowing slide the button and point it in the direction of the cat. Just make sure you have a clean line of sight. If there are obstacles between you and the cat he may not be able to hear the sonic tone. Don't worry that the cat will get used to the sound and ignore it because Miaow Control has Swelling Frequency Technology (SFT).

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
