Disneyland Cast Blast '99 Medallion Lanyard with Tinkerbell

This is a Disneyland Cast '99 Medallion with lanyard.  The medallion says We Make Magic Happen Cast  Blast 99 Disneyland Resort. It has a great image of Tinkerbell in the center. The medallion measures 2" by 2 3/4" and the white cord with hook is 18" long. The item is in good condition but has a few black spots on the back of the medallion.
The white spots in the picture are from the flash. Please see pictures. We are a smoke free home.
