Disneylamd Cast Member Inspire, Innovate, Dream Mickey Ears Glass Paperweight

This Disneyland cast member award glass paperweight cube came out at Disneyland a while ago.  The inside has Mickey Mouse Ears with the text Disneyland Inspire, Innovate, Dream inscribed inside.  It measures 1 5/8 x 1 5/8 x 1 5/8.  One corner is cut so it sits angled. New, in original case.
