    Description

    This cast member exclusive medallion came out for the Disney University Fit to Lead Leadership Conference in 2008.  One side of the medal has various people standing or exercising on a hill with the text Fit to Lead BUILDING YOUR LEADERSHIP STRENGTH Leadership CONFERENCE 2008. The "i" in Leadership is replaced with Mickey.  The back of the medallion has the text Disney University a tradition of great learning.  The medallion measures 1.5 inches across and hangs froma white fabric lanyard.  Never been worn, in great condition.  See seller's other auctions for additional Disney collectibles.
