1.Our items come with a 12-month for accessory or Two-year for Gas grill warranty
2. You have the right to exchange / return your order within 30 days after receipt.
If you change mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Please contact us via ebay message and fill in the RMA form to cancel the contract. When we have the products in good original condition received we will credit the total order amount. Buyer need to cover the return the return shipping cost for this situation. We thank you for your understanding!
Please note we can't receive the packages if buyer returns by yourselves according to the address on shipping package. We won't solve such case and buyer should responsible for the consequences.
If there's a fault with the product, Please contact our Customer Service  team Within 30 days . They will ask for a photo of the faulty part/s to be emailed to us. Upon receipt of this, we will arrange to refund your payment or send the required replacements parts to you. All the return cost will be covered by seller.
