Nice porcelain dial diam. 45.5 mm with

seconds and minutes, original golden set of hands.
If shaken movement ticks for a while advancing gear train and second hand moving nicely.
Very interesting movement with some high end details / gold setting / gold timing screws
It Has "Bell" symbol  and low serial number , retard / avance on balance cock
Service history is unknown, regular service and adjustment most likely needed since movement received without pocket watch case.
