Any jewelry boxes or bags, appraisals, certificates, or other paperwork must also be returned.  Buyer is responsible for return postage with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation. We have 3 business days after receiving a return to examine the item to ensure it has been returned in unaltered condition before a refund is issued. There will be a
restocking fee
of plus 3% to cover any non-refundable mailing, eBay, and PayPal fees.  We are currently only shipping within the United States.
All of our listings are for estate jewelry which is pre-owned or new jewelry made from estate findings and recycled material.  Unless specifically mentioned as newly made, items may not appear new.  There may be signs of normal use such as scratches to the metal, items may have been sized, stones may have light wear or small chips to stones.  Our items are carefully inspected under magnification and flaws are described to the best of our knowledge.
