ANTIQUE ENGLISH 9K ROSE GOLD SIGNET RING PINKY RING MONOGRAM LC / CL c1919

Description

A wonderful quality, elegantly tapering antique signet ring dating to 1919.
Made of solid 9 carat pale rose gold, its thick, strong gold band widens to interesting crossover shoulders, in turn leading to the oval head, hand engraved with a monogram for the initials 'LC' or 'CL' - the letters cleverly differentiated with implied perspective and ornately finished.
It bears a full English hallmark for Birmingham 1919, with the maker's mark HC&S for the quality designer Henry Cooper & Sons Ltd. It's a size 7.25 and can be resized if needed.
It's in very good, fully wearable condition throughout, with slight wear in line with its age, but no loss or damage. An old sizing can be seen to the back of the inner band. It weighs 3.4 grams and measures 9 mm across the head.
