This listing is for one Brand New Connexx 2.0 miniReceiver for select models of Signia, Siemens, Rexton, Hansaton, and Miracle Ear Hearing Aids.
The Connexx 2.0 miniReceivers are compatible with most Signia RIC Hearing Aids manufactured from 2012 through November of 2022. They are also compatible with select models of Miracle-Ear, Rexton, and Hansaton Hearing Aids manufactured during the same time period.

First select the side you need (Right or Left), then select the strength that you require, and lastly select the size/length that you require.
Size/Length: The Signia/Rexton/Miracle Ear 2.0 receivers come in sizes 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 with 0 being the shortest length and 4 being the longest.
Power: The Power (P) is the strongest receiver and is for severe-profound hearing loss. Medium (M) Power is for moderate-severe loss. Standard (S) Power is for mild-moderate.
Your current receiver should display the length and power on the end that goes in your ear. If you are unsure, you can always send us a picture or ask your audiologist!
Please, do not fit a Power speaker wire to a hearing aid previously calibrated to a Medium or Standard speaker wire as your hearing aids need to be re-calibrated before your hearing aids are suitable.
Signia/Rexton RIC (Receiver-in-the-Canal) Hearing Aids
These Signia 2.0 Receivers are compatible with Signia Pure X, Styletto X, Pure Nx, Ace Primax, Pure Primax, Cellion Primax, Ace Binax, Carat Binax, Pure Binax, Ace micon, Pure micon, Orion RIC, and Orion 2 RIC. As well as the Rexton Stellar, Emerald, Mosiac, and Sterling.
The 2.0 Connexx Receivers are also compatible with most Miracle Ear & Hansaton RIC Hearing Aids manufactured from 2012 through November of 2022.

Make sure you order the correct size and power for your Signia 2.0 Receivers, there is also a newer 3.0 version that works with the new Signia AX models. If you are unsure which one your hearing aid uses, ask us.
