    Description

    This is a certificate that was awarded to Disneyland cast members who completed The Business of Show Business Financial Awareness program in the 1980s.   This was a program for certain backstage cast members, not the people who worked everyday in the park.  The certificate was never filled out with the cast member's name or dated.  It was done on parchment paper and is marked Walt Disney Productions on the bottom.  The certificate features a ton of Disney characters, including some rarely featured.  Brer Bear from Splash Mountain, Nana, Big Al, Jaq, Gus, Flower, Merlin, Roo, Timothy, Walrus from Alice, Cyrus, Mr. Toad, the Three Little Pigs and many, many more.   Measures 11 x 8.5 inches.  In great condition with no creases.  There are ripples as parchment paper is prone to get.  Ripples will go away if framed or mounted.  Is shipped in a sleeve, wrapped in cardboard.
