Plastic Binder is in excellent condition,  no visible damage
Very clean inside & out
Exterior print is in excellent condition, except 2 small spots on back,  noted in photos.
The Chapter Dividers and Pages are in excellent condition, showing only minor signs of use.  Edges of pages in great shape.  No writing noted in book.  A couple of very small spots noted in photos.  No yellowing of pages noted.
Overall this book is in EXCELLENT Vintage Condition.
