1970s-80s Doll 19” Bisque With Part cloth body

1970s-80s Doll 18.5” Bisque and soft body. This adorable doll was found with a doll that was in a box labeled as my great grandmother’s. A kind ebayer noted that this doll is a reproduction, so could not be my great grandmother’s.
Condition is used. I assume the cute dress trimmed in lace at top and sleeves are original. Her head/shoulders are a bisque material and socks and “Mary Jane style shoes are the bisque material. Her arms/ hands however are a molded plastic material and may have been added later. Her clothing and cute straw hat and body are in great condition for age. She has three tiny black marks, one on face and others on neck. Probably could be washed off, but I don’t want to chance ruining her. Her hair is blonde and could stand combing but it’s not hair easily combed and didn’t want to damage it.
I do not know anything about old dolls, and have been relying on research to describe her. I apologize if I’ve misrepresented her in any way. Shoot me an email if I have. Thanks, and God bless!
