    How to use
    Before using it, clean the stone with warm water and then dry it thoroughly.
    Preheat - Place the pizza in the middle of the cold oven, open the oven to 500 F (260C) and preheat for about 15 minutes.
    Bake - Use heat-resistant pizza crust to slide prepared pizza onto hot stones. Change the oven to 400-450 F (200-230C), bake for 12-18 minutes, check in 10 minutes later, and then continue baking.
    Take – Slide the skin under the cooked pizza, remove the pizza and leave the stone in the oven until it is completely cool.

    How to  Clean Pizza Stone?
    Never clean with soap or chemicals!Always dry well in the oven before using.
    If chemicals or soap are used, they will soak into the stone and create an odor when they are heated.
    Never season the stone with oil. The oil will soak in and create a smell when it burns off. Store the stone in the oven when not in use. It will keep the stone safe and dry and will actually improve the temperature profile of the oven and help the oven perform better.
